Bruce Allen Davis, born on February 21, 1954, in Tillamook, Oregon, passed away peacefully on March 23, 2025, in Kelso, Washington. A beloved figure to many, Bruce's life was a tapestry woven with threads of adventure, kindness, and an unwavering commitment to his community.
From humble beginnings, Bruce graduated high school and embarked on a career that spanned decades. He served as a Garbage Man for the Quinault Tribe and later as a Police Dispatcher for the Taholah Reservation. His outgoing personality made him not only a reliable worker but also a trusted friend to many. He was known for his adventurous spirit and his warmth, always ready to lend a hand or share a heartfelt story from his days of childhood.
An active member of the ABATE (A Brotherhood Aimed Towards Education), Bruce found joy and camaraderie among fellow motorcycle enthusiasts. His love for riding motorcycles was matched only by his fondness for fishing and hunting. He cherished moments spent outdoors, often accompanied by friends and family. Bruce was an active member of The New and Living Way Church in Kelso, Washington. Additionally, Bruce was a devoted member of both the Christ Disciples and Christian Bikers ministries, where he shared his faith and passion for brotherhood with others.
Bruce's family life was rich and fulfilling. He married Heather Macgegor in 1980 in Ocean Shores, WA, and later wed Linda Fuller in 2005 in Longview, WA. Those closest to him remember the laughter, love, and support that filled their home. He is survived by his beloved wife, Linda Davis; Stepchildren, Kristina Junge and Daniel Junge, his sisters, Ellen Davis, Cheryl Davis, and Brenda Davis; his aunt, Wanda Finnell; as well as his niece, Star Garcia, and nephew, Damen Doughten. Bruce was a cherished presence in their lives and leaves a legacy of compassion, joy, and resilience.
He will be warmly remembered for his friendly demeanor, his adventurous stories that brought smiles to listeners, and his unwavering willingness to help others. Bruce’s impact on those around him will continue to be felt long after his departure.
A memorial service will be held at the New & Living Way Church located at 215 Academy St, Kelso, WA, on Saturday April 26, 2025 at 11am where family and friends will gather to celebrate the life of this remarkable man. His spirit will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know him.
